Cancellation Policy
Nightly Stay
Free cancellation up to 24 hrs before check in. We will not be able to provide a refund if a guest cancels their stay on the check-in date.
Weekly Plan
Free cancellation is allowed only up to 7 days before check-in. Guests can cancel their booking within 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund. If a guest cancels their booking after a day’s stay refund will be given after deducting the daily charges based on the regular tariff plus tax and commission amount for the duration of the stay, plus 50% of the regular tariff of remaining days. No refund will be provided if a guest cancels their stay after completing 3 full days.
Monthly Stay
Free cancellation up to 1 week before check in. Any guest who books for a full monthly stay can cancel their booking within 7 days before check in and get 50% refund. If a guest cancels their booking within 7 days of stay, refund is given after deducting the regular daily charges plus tax and commission amount for the duration a guest stayed, as well as 50% of the tariff of remaining days. No refund shall be given if a guest cancels their stay after completing 7 full days.
